Magnificent Madge Mazda MX5 EUNOS ROADSTER in Tetbury, Gloucestershire for sale

For sale on behalf on my mum, sadly 'Magnificent Madge' has to go to a new home...my elderly gran can't get in or out of it any more so she has to get a 'sensible car'! This car has been an absolute gem. I have had her for the last week to clean her up for sale and I love her! Unfortunately we don't have the space, otherwise I would be tempted to keep her for myself! Starts first time, every time - even after 5 days under snow! Loves long journeys. No problems at all. Has been used as a daily drive for the last 5 years, year round without any problems. She was previously owned by a friend who had only used her lightly before that. Reg 1992 MOT until August 2015 1595cc petrol Miles: 188,000 KM (which converts to 116,000 miles) Push Button Start and Flip Up Headlights in excellent working order Immobiliser fitted but disengaged Undersealed Full service history (6000km since last service) BODYWORK: If you are that way inclined she could do with some bodywork tlc. One cosmetic bloom of surface rust on passenger wing (not urgent). It is undersealed. A re-spray would make her look as wonderful as she really is! The side passenger side window needs a new mechanism which is an easy fix, it is currently fixed closed (replacements are easy to find and easy to fit). She has a few scratches and chips to the paintwork but nothing major (she is an old girl remember!). The hood was replaced a few years ago and goes up and down without any problems. It has a few marks on, which I am currently in the process of cleaning up! ALLOYS AND TYRES: I was going to replace the alloys - they were always scruffy - seen some great deals on e-bay for genuine MX5 alloys with great tyres from as little as £50 for the four - but if you're not fussed then these are absolutely fine. Otherwise all tyres good and tracking is fine. Rear tyres replaced in November last year, but it seems to be incredibly light on tyres anyway. The engine is in great running order and like I mentioned before, she always starts first time. Regularly serviced and comes with full service history. The engine bay is remarkably clean, tiny bit of oil around the rocker cover but nothing more than would be expected at her age. 1.6l 16 valve Japanese engine reliability at its best.
